A native Texas, born in Marble Falls, our family moved to Texas from Tennessee in 1845. We are a founding family.
I studied at the School of The Americas in the Canal Zone and at the University of Houston. I have traveled extensively throughout Central and South America, Southeast Asia, and the United States. I lived out of the country for 6 ' years, and have been around the World 4 times. Traveling has given me an insight into many other cultures, an appreciation of the diversity of other individuals and groups, and an understanding of the needs of those individuals and groups. This is extremely important in negotiating terms and price in any transaction.
My focus is centered on long-term relationships developed by doing 'Whatever it Takes' for my clients. This is achieved by understanding my client's needs and wants, effectively communicating with both them and our prospects, and providing both with the utmost in preferential service and ethical treatment.
I have spent over 25 years in sales, marketing, and branding in the field of technology. My past transactions involving 'C' level executives, board members, and business owners. Projects and transactions involved millions of dollars. This level of business requires a clear head and very creative thinking. I am able to convert this equal business status to my commercial clients and investors.
I have served as Senior Vice President of a public corporation, with nearly 200 sales personnel in the US, Canada, Southeast Asia, and Europe. I also co-directed a team of development engineers for various projects in Canada. Suggesting correct business decisions for my clients is only done after extensive research and probing is completed.
I have been published as an industry expert in wireless technology in the early '90s and served on panels and wrote articles for industry publications. Being articulate and concise in my dealings with our prospects will give us the winning edge.
My knowledge of the local market, negotiation skills, and absolute dedication to getting the job done will be evident at our first confidential meeting. All of my actions follow a strict set of morals and ethics which are aligned with those set forth by the Texas Association of Realtors' and my personal goals.
