Randy Connell an Investment Specialist with Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realtors specializing in retail and office sales and leasing is a member of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Group. Mr. Connell is responsible for assisting buyers and sellers with property acquisition and disposition on a local and national basis for Coldwell Banker Commercial United, Realtor’s growing customer base. Mr. Connell has 20 years of executive management experience during which he has received multiple awards for accelerating company production. Having an extensive background in the retail industry Randy has experience with retail site selection and investment real estate. He provides economic opportunities for his clients so they can capture additional financial rewards, and is known for his strong ethics, trustworthiness, problem solving, and people skills.
A graduate of Texas Tech University with a Marketing degree, Mr. Connell, was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. His community involvement includes but are not limited to, active member of the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce, Business Networking International (BNI) of Cypress, American Cancer Society, My Baby Jordan Foundation (SIDS awareness & research), and the American Heart Association.
